The Department of Information Technology Services (DITS) is a department of the Ministry of Finance. DITS is the responsible governmental authority for issues related to the promotion and implementation of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and e-Government in the public sector.
The mission of the Department is the planning, development, installation, management and maintenance of ICT applications that modernize the operation of the public sector.
The aim of the DITS at MoECSY is to improve the services provided to the public, to increase productivity and efficiency, to reduce operating costs and to save time and resources.
The support of the employees of the MoECSY for technical problems are addressed through the Central System for Network and System Management and Support.
