The Cyprus Council of Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications- General Information - KY.S.A.T.S.
KY.S.A.T.S. is the competent authority of the Republic of Cyprus for the recognition of diplomas awarded by recognised higher education institutions whose courses have been evaluated/accredited by the competent authorities of the country in which they are offered. It also acts as the National Information Centre for Education.
KY.S.A.T.S. has been a full member of the European National Information Centres and National Academic Recognition Information Centres (ENIC/NARIC) and the Mediterranean Recognition Information Centres (MERIC) networks since its inception in 2000.
KY.S.A.T.S. operates in accordance with the Recognition of Higher Education Qualifications and Provision of Relevant Information Laws 1999 to 2016 and the Recognition of Higher and Tertiary Education Qualifications and Provision of Relevant Information Regulations 1999 to 2015.
